About The Position

Bowser Automotive is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for its Parts Department. This full-time position supports accurate inventory management, incoming and outgoing shipments, and the service and parts teams. The role is suited to an organized, customer-focused person comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with computers and inventory systems throughout the day.

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or automotive parts experience.

Responsibilities

• Process parts requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Receive and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders.
• Prepare and ship outgoing parts orders.
• Stock and organize parts inventory while maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Assist Parts Department staff with locating and distributing parts.
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
