About The Position
Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco is seeking a diligent and organized Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk in San Francisco, California. This role supports the smooth operation of the parts department by accurately and efficiently managing incoming and outgoing shipments. The clerk receives, inspects, and processes parts and materials; prepares outgoing orders; maintains inventory and shipment records; and coordinates with vendors, delivery services, and internal departments to address shipping and receiving issues. The role also includes conducting inventory counts, reporting discrepancies, and complying with relevant safety and quality standards. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate shipping software and basic computer applications.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and move parts and packages as needed.
