Requirements

Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with shipping documentation, customs requirements, and freight terminology.
Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Prepare and verify shipping manifests, bills of lading, and related documentation for all outgoing shipments.
Cross-check cargo details (weight, dimensions, and contents) against purchase orders.
Coordinate with coordinators and the management team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records for compliance and auditing purposes.
Use shipping and inventory management software (Status of Sends, FedEx) to track and update shipment statuses.
Flag and resolve discrepancies quickly to prevent delays or compliance issues.
