Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
• Ability to write accurate information on simple forms in English.
• Ability to effectively present or listen to information in one-on-one and small group situations with all other employees of the organization in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
• Ability using Excel.
• Must be able to set priorities with minimal supervision.
• Capable of meeting functions of package laborer.
• Must be able to identify and accurately count product and entering that data into a computer program to generate accurate reporting and ticketing of product for the plant.

• Previous experience in recordkeeping.
• Previous experience in computer usage.
• Experience in the lab to fully understand quality, and proper and improper blending impacts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe work practices at all times and participates in safety programs.
• Identifies and accurately counts product and enters that data into a computer program to generate accurate reporting and ticketing of product for the plant.
• Operates computer terminal keyboard to enter data and produce tickets for inbound/outbound bulk, inbound dry storage materials, and waste product.
• Coordinates with lab personnel for proper dispositioning of held product.
• Communicates with Team Leaders, leads, lift operators, tote room attendants, etc.
• Follows detailed instructions.
• Collects all required paperwork at end of shift and submits to warehouse for filing.
• Learns or has knowledge of lot #'s, catalog #'s, cut style, blending requirements and impacts.
• Ensures proper ticketing and coding of all product using the manifest accounting system.
• Sets priorities with minimal supervision.
• Performs any other task as directed by Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Lead or Team Leaders.
• Provides breaks to fellow workers as directed by the Team Leader.
• Assists as needed in normal packaging duties such as rework and cleanup.
• May be required to work in cold temperatures for short periods of time.
• Capable of meeting functions of package laborer.
• Trains other potential Manifestors.
• Prepares and generates bay transfers, rework, blending, waste reports, bulk reports, and end of shift reports.
