This position manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control. Requirements

  • Must have supervision experience in shipping and inventory control.
  • Good interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience a plus.
  • College Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control.
  • Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.
  • Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards.
  • Produce products that meet or exceed the customers’ (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale.
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
