About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shipping Lead to join our team. As the Shipping Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the shipping operations of our company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping and fulfillment Required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and laws
Responsibilities
- Oversee the shipping operations of the company
- Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and on time
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that inventory levels are accurate
- Manage the shipping schedule to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner
- Ensure that all shipping documentation is accurate and up to date
- Work with customer service to resolve any shipping-related issues
- Continuously evaluate and improve shipping processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and laws
