About The Position

Textiles Coated International (TCI) is seeking a motivated Shipping and Fulfillment Associate to join their team. TCI has been manufacturing high-performance fluoropolymer films, laminates, and composites since 1985, serving demanding industries like aerospace, medical, and power generation. As a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer orders are accurately pulled, packaged, and prepared for shipment. You will work closely with the warehouse team to locate products, determine dimensions and weight, and enter shipping information into the ERP system to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous shipping experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with ERP systems; M1 experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous forklift experience, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull products accurately based on customer orders
• Package products securely and appropriately for shipment.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to locate and prepare products.
• Measure package dimensions and weight for shipping.
• Enter and update shipping information accurately in the ERP system.
• Ensure orders are processed on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area.
• Assist with other shipping activities as needed.
