About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring all materials are transported and/or unloaded in a timely manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This position is only slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.

Requirements

Must have no more than 9.0 attendance points
May not have had a successful job bid within the last 6 months (unless it is a newly established job)
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Must be able to obtain forklift license
Must be able to change battery as needed
Must be able to maneuver pallet jack around tables and belts
Must be able to continuously grip control handle of the jack
Must be aware of all obstacles in all areas of travel
Must be able to complete various log sheets
Must be able to maintain (upkeep) of equipment while in possession
Walking, bending, standing, turning, pulling, twisting, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis
