The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for running pick/pull/pack reports, preparing shipping boxes, verifying part numbers, packing and sealing boxes, and preparing them for logistics. This role involves driving company vehicles for deliveries and pickups, palletizing orders, creating shipping documents, scheduling freight trucks, and invoicing customer orders. The position also includes material handling for manufacturing, weighing product for vendors, opening and maintaining work orders, data entry for production, supplying assembly with labels, receiving and checking in vendor product, and receiving incoming raw materials. The clerk will examine incoming materials for accuracy and completeness, disassemble containers, count and weigh product, fill out reports for discrepancies, maintain records, and move goods to their destinations. A key part of the role is to count, examine, and weigh incoming materials and supplies for damage and completeness against shipping documents.
