About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Services Representative to support daily shipping operations, prioritize workflow, and coordinate communication between customers and the picking team.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, email, and Microsoft Teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Print shipping labels for daily shipments based on established priorities using the designated computer system.
• Process printed orders into planned activities using additional software.
• Prioritize orders according to plan and maintain a steady workflow for the picking team.
• Communicate shipment priorities clearly to both customers and the picking team.
• Track daily shipments, returns, mis-shipments, and other issues, and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate inventory needs and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Prepare special reports as assigned.
• Support additional projects and duties as assigned.
