We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Shift (4pm-12AM) Shipping Associate to support our compounding pharmacy operations. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining efficiency and organization within the facility.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Flexibility to support different operational functions throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment operations
• Familiarity with packaging and shipping processes
• Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Utilize internal systems and technology to track, process, and ship packages
• Ensure all shipments are prepared and labeled correctly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Support operational needs across packaging, shipping, and fulfillment
