About The Position

This role focuses on the light assembly and shipping aspects of product fulfillment. The operator will be responsible for picking and sorting inventory to fill orders, packaging these orders accurately according to customer specifications, and ensuring the accuracy of all shipments. Additionally, the position involves maintaining an inventory of packaging supplies, assisting with special projects, and performing other duties as needed to support business objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in direct manufacturing
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
• Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills
• Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must have exceptional finger dexterity
• Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous shipping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick and sort product from inventory to fill orders
