About The Position

PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a few Light Assembly position(s). This is a full-time, 2nd shift position. Training will be conducted on 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, for 1-2 months. The qualified individual must be able to assemble lanyards and fastener parts according to blueprint and shop order for dimensions and tolerances. This role requires strong hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity with small parts. The associate will manually and mechanically assemble lanyards, rings, or other metal parts, operate machines, and perform duties in a safe manner while maintaining expected production rates. Reading simple blueprints and QC sheets for product specifications is necessary. The associate will participate and work well as a team member, and be able to work independently and make knowledgeable decisions. Excellent housekeeping and safety practices are expected. The role requires the ability to sit for long periods of time and frequently lift/move 10 pounds, occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Must be 18 years of age or older and able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing. Ideal candidates will have a solid, long-term, consistent work history.
