About The Position

This role involves light industrial assembly of fuel injectors, including tear down, cleaning, and re-assembly. Operators will use various machines for cleaning components and must be able to follow and improve current processes using Kaizen and continuous improvement techniques. Other duties may be required as needed.

Requirements

• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including Saturdays and Sundays as required.
• Ability to stand for 85% of an 8-hour shift.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Possess a reliable form of transportation.
• May have contact with diesel fuel/oil.
• Ability to lift 30lbs.
• Must be able to pass a urine drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED required (proof must be provided during background check).

Nice To Haves

• Must have safety shoes - steel toe and slip resistant.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly of fuel injectors, including tear down, cleaning, and re-assembly.
• Operate cleaning machines by starting them, removing components, and placing them in appropriate areas.
• Utilize Kaizen and continuous improvement techniques to follow and improve current processes.
• Perform other duties as required.
