About The Position

This role focuses on the light assembly and shipping aspects of order fulfillment. The operator will be responsible for picking and sorting products, packaging them accurately according to customer specifications, and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining inventory of packaging supplies and assisting with special projects are also key functions. The position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and good organizational skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in direct manufacturing
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
• Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills
• Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must have exceptional finger dexterity
• Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous shipping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick and sort product from inventory to fill orders
• Package orders for shipment according to customer requests
• Verify order accuracy and prepare shipment
• Maintain packaging supplies inventory
• Assist in special projects and studies as requested
