Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to complete visual quality inspections
- Ability to operate production line equipment including a weld tool and rivet gun
- Ability to work as a team member
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Responsibilities
- Inspects components and assemblies visually for quality defects including scrap marks, rust, burrs, lamination, etc.
- Inspects parts for quality defects.
- Measures part to ensure they meet specifications.
- Performs first piece inspection of set-up parts as required by Quality Inspection Instructions and/or as directed by supervisor.
