About The Position
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for Assembly Operator and Pack Out positions on 1st shift in Southern Pines, NC. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to join a growing company with competitive pay and a consistent work schedule.
Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assemble product components using hand tools and/or machines
- Inspect products for defects or quality issues
- Package and label finished products according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Meet production goals and deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
