About The Position

Wilo USA LLC is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Employee for its newly built facility in Cedarburg. The employee will package and receive materials, and load and unload trucks. Shipping duties include crating and packing products. The role uses stand-up and sit-down forklifts and software and/or paper systems to track incoming and outgoing products. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime available.

The facility is climate controlled and has natural lighting, an on-site gym, and an on-site clinic. Wilo USA LLC is a subsidiary of Wilo SE, a manufacturer of pumps and pump systems for heating, cooling and air-conditioning, water supply, and sewage and drainage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Steady work history.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Positive communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Share the company's values of fairness, respect, passion, responsibility, and integrity.
• Stand and walk for 8 hours a day.
• Frequently lift 30 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move material.
• Receive and ship material from incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Load and unload semi-trailers.
• Use software and/or a paper system to track receipt and shipping of products.
• Crate and pack products for shipping.
• Place products in storage racks.
• Read and follow a bill of materials.
• Work safely while maintaining 5S.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
