About The Position

Brand FX is looking to hire an employee with a desire to succeed by working their way up with a growing company that manufactures lightweight, durable composite truck bodies. This position will be at the Pocahontas, IA location.

Requirements

Minimum of a high school education and one year of factory related experience in shipping and receiving.
Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective communication skills
Effective Leadership Skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with UPS/FEDEX online software is desirable.

Responsibilities

Supervise shipping and receiving duties making sure they are completed safely, accurately per schedule while maintaining quality.
Supervise the shipment of goods produced and the received goods / supplies to be used in or to aid in the production / storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
Manage arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order which is conveyed to the shipping clerk by final inspection via the shipping instructions.
Supervise the work areas and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
Supervise the pick-up and deliveries to our team / Vendors for parts and raw materials.
Supervise a team while working side by side to make and meet goals.
Supervise the purchasing of parts needed JIT to meet the provided schedules.
Parts order entry, supervising the parts order process through shipment.
Forklift certified.
Learn and use Epicor (MRP)
Assist in maintaining an accurate Inventory
