About The Position

The Production Supervisor provides daily supervision and support to production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role coordinates workflow, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures during assigned shifts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees across multiple lines and maintain effective working relationships.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards, including GMP and sanitation rules.
• Coordinate daily production activities and staff assignments.
• Inventory management and accountability.
• Working in company systems related to production.
• Run and improve production and address performance deviations.
• Conduct shift-start meetings, communicate expectations, and maintain documentation.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
• Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Track attendance, timekeeping, and related shift reporting.
• Work with Human Resources for employee disciplinary actions.
