Kapco Inc. is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Lead on our 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility.

Requirements

3–5 years of shipping operations experience preferred.
Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with overseeing shipping operations during the assigned shift.
Review shipment orders, stage materials, and assign tasks to shipping personnel.
Partner with the Shipping Supervisor to review production schedules and establish the evening shift plan.
Prepare UPS and customer shipments as needed.
Complete daily reporting, including shipment documentation, issue tracking, and incident investigations.
Support shipping operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company procedures.
