Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong math and documentation abilities.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
• The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Sends shipments and creates paperwork for outgoing deliveries.
• Check purchase order paperwork for accuracy.
• Schedule inbound/outbound loads.
• Run Daily reports.
• Answering phone calls.
• Daily communication through email/monitoring inbound emails.
• Prepare transfer paperwork.
• Invoicing and signing BOL's.
• Updating Purchase Orders in AS400 system.
• Billing carriers a lumper fee.
• Checking in UPS/FedEx-small packages.
• Verifies shipments per order requirements.
• Investigates problems and resolves discrepancies.
• Work in a multitasking, fast paced environment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
