About The Position

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator handles daily shipping and receiving, warehouse organization, inventory records, and material movements. The role initially works at the Roswell, Georgia facility and later transitions to the Doraville, Georgia facility. Responsibilities also include coordinating returns and warranty or repair materials, confirming receipts in NxGen, and occasionally delivering parts and materials to the field.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and the ability to learn quickly.
Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills when working with technicians, office staff, and dispatchers.
Excellent computer and mathematical skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–5 years of purchasing or inventory experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must pass a drug and background check.
Ability to lift up to 70 lb.

Responsibilities

Receive service purchase orders.
Order job-specific forms.
Perform facility maintenance.
Ship and receive material daily.
Keep the warehouse organized.
Maintain shipping and receipt logs.
Follow procedures for receipt, issue, and transfer of materials.
Notify truck-based Service Managers and Mechanics when Job Cost project materials arrive.
Confirm received materials in NxGen.
Reconcile materials from Job Cost and customer credit returns.
Coordinate RMA requests, processing, and credits for warranty or repair materials.
Maintain hard-copy paperwork to validate that transfers are properly accounted for in NxGen.
Maintain and monitor inventory integrity.
Occasionally deliver parts and materials to the field.
Perform other duties as directed.
