About The Position

This role is for the 2nd Shift, working from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed. It is a full-time position.

Requirements

Experience with shipping duties, including packing shipments, verifying against documents, and preparing bills of lading
Ability to receive materials by unpacking, checking against packing slips, and routing appropriately
Familiarity with small hand tools, scales, and metering machines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing or shipping role
Forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

Prepare and ship customer samples, components, and finished products using carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS
Verify shipment counts against documentation, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues
Pack shipments securely to maintain quality and integrity during transit
Accurately record time, materials, counts, and shipment information in company systems
Manage and oversee customer inventory and overs, maintaining precise records
Operate vehicles and equipment safely, assisting with loading and unloading materials
Perform routine preventive maintenance and report material needs to supervisor
Support a safe, clean, and organized workspace while assisting colleagues as needed
Follow safety practices related to lifting, chemical handling, and equipment use
