About The Position

Sportiqe is a screen print production facility seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments, maintains inventory integrity, and follows established warehouse systems. It requires precision, consistency, and the ability to work independently within structured processes. The associate works with the team to process inventory quickly and meet deadlines.

Requirements

At least 9–12 continuous months of work experience in a Shipping & Receiving role.
Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and dollies.
Ability to lift 30 pounds.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, including providing timely information to coworkers.
Ability to stay focused and efficient while handling multiple moving pieces.
Proactive planning skills.
Computer and software proficiency.
High accuracy in counting, tracking, and matching numbers.

Nice To Haves

Standing forklift experience.

Responsibilities

Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
Document discrepancies and communicate issues to the Warehouse Manager.
Pick, pack, and stage materials according to warehouse protocols.
Prepare outbound orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Package materials according to company and carrier standards.
Generate shipping labels and maintain shipping documentation.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Follow established procedures for material handling and storage.
Support warehouse organization and cleanliness standards.
Support continuous improvement of shipping and receiving procedures.
Maintain clear written communication on handoffs and status updates.
