We are looking for a Shipper/Receiver for our Ingersoll location. This position will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The key responsibilities are to maintain a safe and accurate warehouse and ensure all customer delivery timelines are met. Shift : Monday-Friday 6am-3pm, Flexible to work more hours as need. The starting hourly rate for this position is $25.01.

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance Propane License
  • Ability to work day shift with flexible hours
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment using RF scanners
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Ability to work autonomously and with little direction
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Detail Oriented
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency and be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Process orders to meet delivery schedule for requested pick up time.
  • Load and unload trailers
  • Ship and receive stock using an RF based inventory management system
  • Product is loaded on truck according to delivery schedule
  • Make arrangements with carrier for any shipments required to ship outside carrier
  • Report any product returns to Customer Service
  • Perform weekly cycle counts -minimum 1x per week
  • Review packing slips on all supplier orders ensuring accuracy.
  • Report damaged product or shortages to Customer Service immediately.
  • Sign all packing slips detailing damages and/or shortages.
  • Ensure product is put away in warehouse once received from supplier
  • Perform product audits if/when necessary
