About The Position

REPAY is hiring a Shipper/Receiver to ensure the seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items, while also maintaining and upkeeping the facility. The role is based at 30 Knox Drive, Piscataway, New Jersey. The posting lists working hours of 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET and states that flexible hours and overtime may be required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive a forklift; certification must be obtained.
• Ability to drive a 5-tonne truck.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required.
• Steel-toed shoes are required for each shift.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving.
• Maintain the facility and general upkeep of the operations area.
• Stock supplies and maintain inventory.
• Maintain and arrange maintenance and repairs for the truck, and ensure required documentation is kept in the truck.
• Process required paperwork and maintain records for reporting and tracking.
• File shipping documents.
• Prepare and schedule shipments as assigned.
• Create a daily shipment schedule.
• Schedule daily transportation needs with different carriers and couriers.
• Oversee secure and accurate loading and unloading of deliveries.
• Track shipments and verify receipts as required.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Create purchase requisitions and obtain approval before placing supply orders.
• Sort and distribute incoming shipments.
• Audit the condition of incoming and outgoing goods before signing off.
• Report discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Follow current standards and procedures.
• Ensure shipments have proper documentation and complete item lists when multiple items are included.
• Resolve issues involving missing documents, shipments, or deliveries.
• Keep the work area organized in accordance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Make deliveries using a company vehicle as assigned.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Operate a Zamboni machine if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
