About The Position

Ensures goods shipped and received are accurate, orders are packed and processed correctly, and work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. The role follows safety procedures while handling, documenting, staging, and shipping materials and finished goods.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Shipper/Receiver III.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, and hear.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience driving a forklift and maintaining documentation.
Familiarity with shipping software.

Responsibilities

Perform standard work safely by following written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure items are properly packed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
Document and maintain accurate shipping records.
Safely and accurately load outbound freight.
Manually load and unload trailers and complete supporting documents, such as bills of lading (BOLs).
Identify and record product, process, and quality-system issues or non-conformities, and provide recommendations.
Participate in inventory procedures and cycle counts.
Cross-train on other production functions as business needs dictate.
Clean and maintain the assigned area.
