The Shipboard Director of Food and Beverage supports the Planning Committee in making key strategic and operational decisions for the FS Yacht. This role involves managing all Food & Beverage operations onboard, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-suite dining, stewarding, and crew dining areas. The primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of food quality and service, and to lead, mentor, and develop teams through 'start with the heart' leadership. The Director will collaborate closely with the Yacht General Manager to create and implement innovative culinary concepts, manage budgets, and uphold the highest standards of service and hygiene.
