About The Position

This is a 2nd shift position. The role involves processing orders by organizing paperwork, building skids, pulling labels, inserting Kanban cards, creating master labels in PLEX, staging skids, and preparing them for quality inspection. After inspection, the team member will stack, wrap, and move the skids to the staging area. This process is repeated until all orders are completed.

Requirements

• Ability to follow a step-by-step process.
• Attention to detail for accurate labeling and order fulfillment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PLEX software.
• Familiarity with Kanban systems.
• Experience in a shipping or receiving team.

Responsibilities

• Get KANBANs, Manifest sheets, and shippers from Shipping Office.
• Organize paperwork in the Toyota Area.
• Break down skids as needed for building.
• Build skids.
• Pull PLEX labels and insert KANBAN cards into each tote on the skid.
• Build the master label in PLEX and stage the skid in PLEX.
• Place the master label on the manifest sheet and place the manifest sheets on the skid.
• Stack checked skids, wrap skids, and place in staging area.
• Repeat the process until all orders are completed.
