Responsible for the management and supervision of personnel, production, work regulations, and quality. This role involves implementing cost management strictly and improving production output and quality effectively. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Lead Supervisor and is responsible for organizing and planning production based on orders, ensuring plant safety, managing production quality and cost, and conducting pre-shift meetings to report on production, quality, and work regulation issues. The position also involves solving production issues, coordinating work, assisting with stocktaking and bonus management, supervising pre-production preparations, monitoring work regulations, quality, and safety, and ensuring operators follow instructions. Additionally, the role includes preparing and evaluating training, collecting and analyzing shift production data, implementing 5S and visionary management, managing quality documents and records, supervising equipment and tools, verifying production report accuracy, identifying workplace hazards, implementing the comprehensive management system, and managing waste sorting and storage. Other duties may be assigned.
