Responsible for the management and supervision of personnel, production, work regulations, and quality. This role involves implementing cost management strictly and improving production output and quality effectively. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Lead Supervisor and is responsible for organizing and planning production based on orders, ensuring plant safety, managing production quality and cost, and implementing pre-shift meeting regulations. They are also responsible for solving production issues, coordinating with other departments for stocktaking and bonus management, supervising preparation before production, and ensuring operators follow instructions. The role includes training, collecting and analyzing production data, implementing 5S and visionary management, managing quality documents and records, and ensuring warehouse material quantities match system records. The Shift Supervisor must identify workplace environment factors and hazards, implement the comprehensive management system, and manage waste sorting and storage. Other duties may be assigned.
