About The Position

Braum's is hiring a Shift Supervisor to execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values, supporting a great customer experience and maximized sales. The role provides leadership to store crew members and oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales. The position works a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour workweek, from 5:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Reports to the Assistant Manager. Compensation is $14.50–$15.00 per hour, or approximately $35,500–$37,000 annually. A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required during onboarding.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Customer focus and a strong work ethic with high standards for integrity.

Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs and changing store conditions.

Retail experience.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
Build a trusting team environment and support the team's achievement of unit goals.
