About The Position

Braum’s Shift Supervisors execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to provide a great customer experience and maximize sales. They recognize the importance of employees and strengthen the team’s contribution toward achieving unit goals. The role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales, and includes teaching, coaching, and leading store crew members. The supervisor also monitors inventory and supplies, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness, and helps ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience.

Retail experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations for the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
