About The Position

Braum’s is hiring a Shift Supervisor to help execute the company’s brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience, maximizing sales, and strengthening the team’s contribution toward store goals.

The Shift Supervisor teaches, coaches, and leads store crew members; oversees shift operations across food service, the grocery market, and fountain sales; and helps monitor inventory, supplies, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness. The role also shares responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

The work schedule varies according to a rotating three-week schedule, with an expected 45-hour work week. The position reports to the Assistant Manager. Compensation is $14.50–$15.00 per hour, stated as approximately $35,500–$37,000 annually.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• A criminal background check and job-fit assessment are required as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
• Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
