About The Position

Braum's Shift Supervisors execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. They help strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals by recognizing the importance of employees. The role oversees shift operations across the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. The position offers hourly compensation of $14.50–$15.00, with an annually stated equivalent of $35,500–$37,000. The schedule is 5:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with workdays varying on a rotating three-week schedule and an expected 45-hour workweek. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Assistant Manager.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
Participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
Share responsibility for ensuring store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
