About The Position

The Shift Supervisor is an hourly position responsible for improving guest satisfaction through restaurant operations, financial controls, and direction of team members during an assigned shift. The role has full accountability for restaurant operations during the assigned shift when management is not present. The supervisor ensures that guest visits exceed expectations by delivering hot food quickly, providing friendly service, and maintaining clean surroundings. Part-time and full-time schedules are available, with flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, motivate, and lead employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service and meet established speed-of-service guidelines.
• Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently followed during each shift.
• Ensure orders are taken and delivered promptly, accurately, and courteously.
• Resolve guest complaints quickly and to the guest’s satisfaction.
• Assist with profit and loss management by maintaining inventory and managing labor costs.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed according to standards.
• Oversee restaurant operations during the assigned shift when management is not present.
