About The Position

Requirements

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operational procedures.

Responsibilities

Supervise and train crew members on all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure adherence to all Burger King operational procedures, food safety guidelines, and company policies.
Manage cash handling procedures, including register operations, cash drops, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain adequate stock of food and supplies.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct opening and closing duties as required, including equipment checks and facility security.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, performance reviews for crew members, and reporting.
Drive sales and profitability through effective team leadership and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve operational goals and improve performance.
