About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will help create a warm and welcoming coffeehouse where every cup of coffee sparks connection. You will lead each shift with craft and heart, making the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. The role includes preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized to customer requests, and directing and coordinating the work of other employees.

Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Have at least six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfillment of their requests.
Have at least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

Meet store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Provide customer service by interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests.
