About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, create meaningful moments, and provide quality beverages and food products in a fast-paced store environment. You prepare orders to standard recipes or customize them to meet customer preferences, and may perform a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
