About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead with craft and heart to help make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community. The role involves guiding coworkers during shifts and helping ensure customers receive quality beverages and food products and a welcoming experience. Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, and safety and security requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.
At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating tasks for two or more employees.
Ability to direct the work of others.
Ability to learn quickly.
Effective oral communication skills.
Knowledge of the retail environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
