About The Position

The Store Manager leads the CosmoProf store team and creates an excellent customer experience by managing talent, inspiring associates, and ensuring customers receive personalized solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The manager oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The role also includes ensuring staff follow safety, security, and company policies, and maintaining the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Self-starter attitude and drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to perform physical activities including prolonged standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
