SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About The Position
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at Premier Health in Dayton, Ohio. The role directs associate activities during a specific shift and oversees completion of assigned work expectations while maintaining company policies and procedures. The position is scheduled from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.; days may vary, and weekends and holidays are on call. The fixed pay rate is $20.00 per hour. An employee meal plan is offered as a perk. Requirements
- Three years of previous leadership experience.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable work-performance standards.
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
- Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
- Mentor and develop employees and encourage them to set goals and pursue advancement within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
