About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 is responsible for providing prompt excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options. This role ensures customer satisfaction and timely reporting of any inquiries or issues. The supervisor must be able to complete all Car Wash Attendant duties, troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues, follow "DRB Protocol", and complete the "Supervisor Level DRB" training course. Additionally, they must attend Preventative Maintenance Training, complete 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports, arrive on time, and adhere to the dress and appearance code. A minimum of 6 months as a Car Wash Attendant (CWA) is required before advancement. The role involves 60% customer interaction, 30% site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining), 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Able to work weekends.
Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
Enforces all safety policies.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.
Ability to work in damp and humid conditions.
Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
Must be able to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.

Cleans out solenoids.
