About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 position is a full-time role responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the car wash site, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting with opening/closing procedures. This role requires the ability to work independently with periodic supervision and to enforce safety policies. The supervisor will also assist the Site Manager with equipment repairs and ensure all Car Wash Attendant duties are completed satisfactorily. The position is based at Store 2707304 in Wesley Chapel, Florida, with required availability on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Able to work weekends.
Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.
Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.

Some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
Ensures customer satisfaction and reports any inquiries, incidents, or issues in a timely manner.
Completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.
Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues and follows “DRB Protocol”.
Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports.
Works on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
Performs site upkeep, including cleaning and maintaining the site (30% of duties).
Handles opening/closing procedures (5% of duties).
Performs basic troubleshooting (5% of duties).
Enforces all safety policies.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
Cleans out solenoids.
