About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 is responsible for providing prompt and excellent customer service, greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options. This role ensures customer satisfaction and timely reporting of inquiries or issues. The supervisor must be able to perform all Car Wash Attendant duties, troubleshoot basic XPT and DRB issues, follow DRB Protocol, and complete required training courses and reports. They must also adhere to the company's dress code and appearance standards. A minimum of 6 months as a Car Wash Attendant (CWA) is required before advancement to this role. The position involves significant customer interaction, site upkeep, opening/closing procedures, and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Able to work weekends.
  • Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
  • Enforces all safety policies.
  • Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
  • Able to clean out solenoids.
  • Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
  • Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and reports inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Satisfactorily completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.
  • Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues.
  • Follows “DRB Protocol”.
  • Reads “Supervisor Level DRB” training course.
  • Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports.
  • Works on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
  • Performs site upkeep, including cleaning and maintaining the site.
  • Handles opening and closing procedures.
  • Performs basic troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
  • Enforces all safety policies.
  • Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
  • Assists the Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
  • Cleans out solenoids.
