About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 position is a full-time role responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the car wash site, and performing basic troubleshooting. This role requires the ability to work independently with periodic supervision and enforce safety policies. The supervisor will also assist the Site Manager with equipment repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Able to work weekends.
Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.
Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (hearing, eye, foot, hand protection).

Nice To Haves

Customer service and some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
Ensures customer satisfaction and reports inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
Completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.
Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues following "DRB Protocol".
Reads "Supervisor Level DRB" training course.
Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports.
Works on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
Performs customer interaction (60%).
Performs site upkeep (cleaning/maintaining) (30%).
Performs opening/closing procedures (5%).
Performs basic troubleshooting (5%).
Demonstrates responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
Enforces all safety policies.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
Cleans out solenoids.
