About The Position

The Shift Supervisor Level 1 is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing various site upkeep duties. This role involves customer interaction, site maintenance, opening/closing procedures, and basic troubleshooting of car wash equipment. The supervisor must be able to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision, demonstrating responsibility when the Site Manager is off-site. They will also assist the Site Manager with equipment repairs and enforce safety policies.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Excellent communication skills including active listening.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Able to work weekends.
Able to demonstrate responsibility while Site Manager is off site.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Minimum 6 months as CWA before advancement.

Some Car Wash experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly, and attentive manner.
Greets customers, answers questions, and explains wash options.
Ensures customer satisfaction and reports any inquiries, incidents, or issues in a timely manner.
Completes all Car Wash Attendant job duties.
Troubleshoots basic XPT and DRB issues and follows “DRB Protocol”.
Reads “Supervisor Level DRB” training course.
Attends Preventative Maintenance Training and completes 5 Day Preventative Maintenance Reports.
Works on time and follows the dress and appearance code.
Performs customer interaction (60% of duties).
Performs site upkeep, including cleaning and maintaining (30% of duties).
Handles opening/closing procedures (5% of duties).
Performs basic troubleshooting (5% of duties).
Enforces all safety policies.
Understands the functions of all chemical room equipment.
Assists Site Manager with tunnel and chemical room equipment repairs.
Cleans out solenoids.
