Requirements

Master of Social Work (MSW) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum 5 years in a community mental health, psychiatric, or healthcare setting, with progressively increasing responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize competing demands, exercise sound judgment, and respond effectively to operational issues
Comfort working in a fast-paced crisis services environment
Ability to collaborate fluidly across service lines

Nice To Haves

LISW-S preferred
Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience (LISW or RN) preferred

Responsibilities

Provide shift-level leadership across all crisis programs at the GRC.
Oversee daily operations, staffing, and service coordination.
Promote a culture of open, service-centered care through coaching, role modeling, and accountability.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for operational problem-solving and issue resolution during your shift.
Ensure clinical and operational challenges are met with sound judgment and decisive action.
Actively facilitate service milestones and guest throughput.
Collaborate across service lines to support the achievement of each individual's Crisis Care Plan goals.
Ensure incident reports and shift documentation are completed with accuracy and in accordance with established standards.
Maintain deep knowledge of policies, regulations, and workflows governing crisis service delivery, including compliance with HIPAA and privacy requirements.
Participate in departmental meetings, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational decision-making.
Be physically capable and willing to participate in all levels of de-escalation, consistent with training, licensure, and program expectations.
