About The Position

Cousins Subs is seeking a shift leader to keep the store running smoothly, support the crew, and lead with energy and focus. The Shift Manager leads the team during their shift, helps with store tasks as needed, and supports food safety, order accuracy, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience. Cousins Subs offers training and opportunities to grow into higher-level leadership roles, and often promotes from within.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in food service.
• Dependable, organized, and team-focused.
• Good communication skills and a positive leadership style.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during the shift and keep service running smoothly.
• Assist with preparation, cashiering, the sandwich line, cleaning, and other tasks as needed.
• Coach team members and train new hires.
• Ensure food safety, order accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Handle minor issues and help create a great guest experience.
